By completing your booking, you agree to the terms below:

• All reservations at Spillway Eco Resort, Maldevta (Dehradun) are subject to availability and confirmation after advance payment.
• Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur extra charges.
• Cancellations made 7 days before check-in are fully refundable (after minimal transaction fees). Cancellations within 3 days or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Guests are responsible for any property damage during their stay.
• Smoking and alcohol are allowed only in designated areas. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
• The resort is not liable for lost items or injuries during the stay. Guests use facilities (like the pool or outdoor areas) at their own risk.
• Prices are quoted in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes.
• By booking, you agree to follow all resort rules and staff instructions for safety and comfort.
